As an independent real-estate broker, I can offer my clients: both buyers and sellers monetary incentives, which a real estate agent working under a broker cannot. In a traditional agent and broker relationship the agent must share his/her commission with the broker.

For my sellers: I can be very competitive on my commission to list and sell your home.  The customary commission rate is 6%. For my buyers: you will receive a personal check from me as a house-warming present once your home purchase is complete. (Restrictions do apply and dollar amounts will vary depending on purchase price)

About me: I have a proven successful track record in real estate sales in the Coachella Valley since 2004. I work diligently on my clients’ behalf to make sure your interests are protected during the transaction.  I attend all home inspections and work directly with my clients, unlike other agents who turn you over to an assistant once you are in contract to purchase.
